Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Can I modify my order after placing it?

What if the product received is defective/ damaged?
In case the product received has any defect please notify us on email@example.com call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favourable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
What if the mats ordered don’t fit my car?
If there is a problem with the fit of the mats you received,please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product,we may also ask for a few photographs of the mats received and also of the mats in the car, so we can try and sort the problem out for you. If the fault is with the particular model of car which we cannot rectify then we will ask you to ship the mats back to us and we will refund the cost of the mats and the shipping out fee.
What if the mats received are of wrong colour?
In case the product received is of wrong colour, please notify us on email@example.com call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ask you to return the item back to us & we will replace it with the correct shade of your choice at no additional cost.
What can I return?
You can return any product if it defective or damaged, if it does not fit the particular model of car or the product received is of wrong color.

We will bear courier charges for returned products if mats have been sent back through our specified courier service.

From the time that we receive your returns, the process to replace or refund amount will take approx. 7 days.
How will I be refunded for the return?
On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return back yourself) would be credited to your bank account.
