We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, we understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time & might have concerns around purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of, however we are only human, and from time to time mistakes can happen. For example, you may accidently order wrong Star car mats model, or in the wrong colour, or we may have misinterpreted your order and sent the wrong goods. In such circumstances, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund as long as the Star mats are returned within a reasonable time, in a saleable, unused & unwashed condition, with all original packaging & tags. Please ensure goods are packaged correctly and returned by an appropriate method & please remember that all returned goods are at your own risk. Our quality assurance team will take a final call on whether to approve or reject a return. We reserve the right to exchange or refund, if the product returned is not in fully resalable condition.
